 Our four Cincinnati lasers and 3 shift operation
offers large volume cutting capacity. Additional capacity is available when
required to support demand spikes. Integrated CNC programming and dual
pallets on all machines reduce setup times. Our large 2m x 4m tables give
us the ability to cut larger parts and also improve nesting on larger
sheets. Small lot to production volume cutting available. Linear Motors
provide speed, accuracy and reliability for the best cut possible.
Economical oxygen cutting or nitrogen cutting for improved edge condition.
We stock over $500,000 in sheet material for quick response and to combat
escalating metal prices. We are capable of cutting the following material
and thicknesses:

Forming
 Our three Cincinnati press brakes and 3 shift operation means high volume forming capacity. CNC touch
screen with bend simulation software and 5-Axis backgage
means we can handle your most demanding forming jobs, Dynamic thickness
compensation provides more accurate bending. Handle forming jobs up to
14’ long and 350 tons. Exceptional ram and backgage
speeds help us complete your job efficiently, accurately and at less cost.
Able to handle small lot to large production volume jobs. In addition, we
provide bump forming and roll forming up to ¼”.

Quality
General and Certified Welding
Our welders and fabricators are experts in their craft and can
handle your welding project in steel, stainless or aluminum. MIG, TIG and
Spot welding. We offer both sheet metal and structural welding. We are a
sustaining Member of AWS and can provide certified welding services.
Multiple weld bays and 3 shift operation allows us to handle small lot to
production volume welding projects.

Coating
Cincinnati
Laser is a licensed provider of Line-X professionally sprayed-on
polyurethane-polyurea elastomer coating. Line-X is a flexible and tenacious
bond to metal, fiberglass and wood surfaces that remains flexible from -40º
to 160º C. Provides excellent abrasion and chemical resistance. LINE-X is
100% solids by weight/volume and contains no solvents or VOCs, which offer a safe and environmentally compliant
application. Our process has been developed through thousands of
applications and includes unique equipment and processes for demanding
industrial and commercial applications. Two off-site facilities allow us to
handle small to large size part spraying.
We also offer
full-service finishing to customer specification including powder coat,
plating, anodizing, passivation, etc. Please let
